Exporting your data
A JSON export of your work — actions, captures, meetings, decisions and commitments — is available from Settings. It isn't a support request; it's a button.
Deleting things
- A capture — removes the record and the stored original file.
- A workspace — removes the workspace and the records inside it.
- Your account — removes your account and your data.
All three are available in the app. Deletion is not reversible, so the app asks you to confirm.
Is my content used to train AI models?
No. Captured content is processed to produce your own actions, briefs and follow-ups and nothing else. It is not used to train external models, and the processing providers operate under no-training terms.
How is my workspace kept separate?
Every workspace-scoped table enforces row-level security in the database itself, not just filtering in the app. A query for another workspace's rows returns nothing because the database refuses, not because the app didn't ask. Those policies have their own test suite.
What about analytics?
Analytics events carry event names and non-sensitive properties only. They never contain your captured content or your action titles.
Changing your email or password
Both are in Settings under your profile. If you signed in with a one-time link rather than a password, there is no password to change — set one from the same screen if you would rather use one.
