You need integrations today
Zephyr does not connect to Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, a CRM or an EHR in this release. Work arrives by capture, not by sync.
Zephyr is built for roles where the difficulty isn't the task — it's the volume, the variety and the fact that most of it arrives as a message rather than a ticket.
You are the routing layer for a whole company — every request that doesn't have an obvious owner ends up with you first. The work isn't hard, it's just impossible to hold. Zephyr turns the flow of asks into records with owners and dates, and keeps the list of what you're chasing so you don't have to.
Referrals, rotas, equipment, insurance queries, follow-up calls. Most of it is time-critical and almost none of it is in one system. The cost of dropping one is measured in someone's care, which is exactly why it shouldn't depend on memory.
Your day is a long list of people who owe you something: candidates who haven't replied, hiring managers who haven't given feedback, references who haven't called back. Follow-up is the job.
You hold two calendars, three inboxes and one person's entire set of obligations in your head. Zephyr is the place to put it down without losing the thread of what came from where.
Suppliers, contracts, compliance dates, staff requests, the thing the landlord said on the phone. The variety is the problem — there is no single system it all belongs to. So it belongs to you.
The plan lives in one tool and reality arrives by message. Coordinating is mostly the work of noticing the gap between the two early enough to do something about it.
You are operations, finance, sales and admin, and the admin is the part that runs at night. What you need is not another dashboard — it's something that remembers on your behalf.
Worth saying plainly, because a bad fit wastes your time more than it costs us.

If the appeal is software that emails clients for you overnight, this is the wrong product on purpose.
Zephyr is a mobile app. There is no web or desktop client, and this website is the only part of it that lives on the web.
Zephyr is in development for iOS and Android.
