Billing FAQ
What is a credit?
A credit is what one job costs. A question to Zephyr is one credit and a morning brief is three. Each job’s price is fixed before it runs, so your balance never moves by surprise, and Zephyr chooses the model for each job: a plan never buys you a worse answer.
What happens when I run out of credits?
No new paid work starts until your credits renew or you change plan. Everything that costs nothing keeps working: you can still approve or decline what Zephyr prepared, read your history and change your settings. Nothing you approved is lost.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. A plan’s credits renew each month and the balance resets. Preview’s 100 credits are a one-time allowance to try Zephyr on your own mail and calendar.
How am I billed?
Through the App Store or Google Play, using their subscription systems. That means your existing payment method, your existing receipts, and cancellation through your device’s subscription settings rather than by emailing us.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Your data stays.
Is there annual billing?
Not yet. Plans are monthly. We would rather measure what Zephyr actually costs to run before offering a discount for paying a year ahead.
When can I buy a plan?
Zephyr is in early access and the plans open with the public launch. Until then, early-access accounts see their allowance in the app.
