Billing FAQ
How am I billed?
Through the App Store or Google Play, using their subscription systems. That means your existing payment method, your existing receipts, and cancellation through your device's subscription settings rather than by emailing us.
What happens when I hit a monthly limit?
AI processing for new captures pauses until the month rolls over or you upgrade. This applies to Pro as well as Free — Pro is generous, not unlimited, and only Business has no ceiling. Everything you've already captured stays yours: your actions, follow-ups and history are not held hostage, and you can still use the app manually.
Does “unlimited” on Business really mean unlimited?
Yes — there is no monthly ceiling and nothing counts down. There is one fair use line so the plan stays sustainable: past 1,500 AI captures or 750 follow-ups per user per month we may get in touch about a plan that fits that volume better. That's a conversation, not a switch — nothing is throttled or repriced without agreeing it with you. The full wording is in Help.
When do you show me the paywall?
After the product has actually done something for you — several actions created, an AI action completed, a follow-up experienced. Deliberately not immediately after onboarding, because at that point you have no idea whether it's any good.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, then drop to the free tier — your data stays.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — Pro is €143 a year instead of €179.88 paid monthly, and Business is €239 instead of €299.88. That is about 20% off either plan.
Do you offer nonprofit or education pricing?
Not as a published plan yet. If that's you, get in touch and tell us about your team — it's the kind of thing worth building a policy around rather than guessing.
