Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your captured content is never used to train external AI
models. It's processed only to generate your own actions, briefs
and follow-ups, and any AI processing runs through Zephyr's
backend under a strict no-training agreement with its processing
providers.
Does Zephyr send anything on my behalf automatically?
No external communication is ever sent without your explicit
approval. Zephyr can draft a follow-up or a reply, but a human
always taps approve before anything leaves the app.
Does it work offline?
You can capture a quick note offline and it queues locally until
you're back online. AI processing — extraction, suggestions,
follow-up drafting — requires a connection, since all AI calls
are routed through Zephyr's secure backend rather than running
on your device.
What platforms is Zephyr available on?
iOS and Android, from a single account. There is no web app or
desktop client — this website is the only thing that lives on the
web. A desktop companion is not part of the current release.
How is my data kept separate from other workspaces?
Every workspace-scoped table is protected by row-level security
in the database itself — not just filtering in the app — so one
workspace's records are never reachable from another, even if a
client were compromised.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. Exporting your data and deleting a capture, a workspace or
your entire account are available from Settings at any time.
