Everyone leaves the room agreeing. A week later nobody agrees on who was going to do what.
Record, then review
Capture the meeting, and Zephyr proposes what it found: the decisions that were made, the actions that came out of them with owners and deadlines attached, and the risks somebody raised in passing.
You get a review screen, not a fait accompli. Create all of it, edit the parts that are wrong, or discard the lot. Decisions become records you can search later, which is how "we agreed that in March" stops being an argument.
- Decisions as records. Searchable, dated, attached to the meeting they came from.
- Actions with owners. Two obligations in one sentence become two actions, not one vague one.
- Commitments both ways. What you took on, and what was taken on for you.
- Risks surfaced. Reviewed and counted in the summary so they don't vanish into the transcript.
