How this estimate works
Each line you paste is scanned with plain pattern matching: verbs that usually signal a request ("send", "confirm", "follow up", "review"…), date and deadline phrasing ("by Thursday", "EOD", "next week"…), and waiting/promise language ("still waiting on", "I'll get back to you", "chase"…). Lines that combine deadline language with words like "overdue" or "yesterday" are counted as overdue commitments.
This is a heuristic teaser, not a measurement and not the AI model Zephyr uses in the app — it will miss things and occasionally over-flag a line. It exists to give you a rough, honest feel for how much is hiding in a normal week of messages.
