Creating your account
Zephyr is a mobile app. Install it on iPhone or Android and sign up with an email address — either with a password, or with a one-time link sent to that address. An account, a personal organisation and a default workspace are created for you in one step. You never have to configure a workspace before you can capture something.
There is no web app and no desktop client. This website is the only part of Zephyr that lives in a browser.
Onboarding and your work type
Onboarding is four screens. The last one asks what kind of work you do — operations, healthcare, recruitment, professional services, administration, management or other.
That answer changes terminology, not behaviour. It affects the words Zephyr uses for things; it does not change what the AI does, what it can access, or how strict the approval rules are. Picking the "wrong" one is not a problem, and you can change it later.
The five tabs
- Today — your greeting, attention counts (overdue, due today, waiting, at risk), the single most important item, today's list, what you're waiting on and what's at risk. Designed to be read in 20–30 seconds.
- Work — the full list, with filters for today, upcoming, overdue, waiting, delegated and completed.
- + — the centre button. Opens the capture sheet.
- Assistant — ask questions about your own work.
- Me — profile, workspace, privacy controls and subscription.
Your first five minutes
- Tap + and capture something real — type or paste an actual message you received this week.
- Wait a few seconds for processing, then review what Zephyr proposes. Approve the parts that are right.
- Open Work and find the action it created.
- Mark one action as waiting on someone, and give it a follow-up date.
- Open Assistant and ask "what am I waiting for?"
If that sequence works, you've seen the whole product. Everything else is volume.
What to capture first
The most useful starting point is the last three messages that made you think "I must remember that". Not your whole backlog — Zephyr is not a migration project, and importing six months of history is not how you find out whether it helps.
