Approving what Zephyr proposes
Nothing is created until you approve it. How a suggestion is presented depends on its confidence score:
- 0.90 and above — preselected. Approving the batch is one gesture.
- 0.70–0.89 — suggested, not preselected. Tick the real ones.
- 0.50–0.69 — shown as a possible interpretation. Usually worth editing before you accept.
- Below 0.50 — not shown at all.
Approval is also what writes the audit event, so the moment a record was created is part of its own history.
Statuses, and what they mean
An action can be in inbox, to‑do, in progress, waiting, blocked, completed or cancelled. The two that matter most for coordination work are waiting (it's with someone else) and blocked (something else has to happen first).
Working the Work tab
Primary filters are today, upcoming, overdue, waiting, delegated and completed. Secondary filters narrow by mine, team, priority, project or person.
Swipe an action to complete or postpone it — the two things you do most often, at one gesture each. Tap to open the detail view, which holds the context it came from, the suggested next action and the activity timeline.
Marking something as waiting
Open the action, set its status to waiting, name the person it's with, and choose when you'd want to chase if nothing has happened. That's the whole setup.
When the follow-up date passes, Zephyr surfaces the item and drafts a follow-up message from the original context. You edit it or send it. It is never sent for you.
Where follow-up alerts appear
Follow-ups appear in the app's own inbox — the bell on the Today screen. Background push notifications while the app is closed are not implemented yet; see the roadmap.
Editing and history
You can edit any field on an action at any time. The activity trail is append-only: edits are recorded as events rather than overwriting the earlier state, so the history of an action can't be quietly rewritten.
