Hitting a limit
AI processing for new captures pauses until the month rolls over or you upgrade. Everything you've already captured stays available — your actions, follow-ups and history aren't locked, and you can keep using the app manually.
What “unlimited” means on Business
It means what it says: Business has no monthly ceiling on captures, actions or follow-ups, and nothing in the app counts down. We don't meter you.
There is one fair use line, and it exists so the plan stays sustainable rather than to catch anyone out. If an account goes past 1,500 AI captures or 750 follow-ups per user per month, we may get in touch to talk about a plan that fits that volume better. That is a conversation, not a switch — we won't throttle you, downgrade you or change what you pay without agreeing it with you first. For context, 1,500 captures a month is about 50 a day, every day, from one person; normal heavy professional use sits well underneath it.
Upgrading
Upgrades happen through the App Store or Google Play. Pro is €14.99 a month or €143 a year; Business is €24.99 a month or €239 a year. Both paid plans start with a 7-day free trial, and you are not charged until it ends.
Restoring a purchase
If you reinstall the app or move to a new device, use "restore purchases" in Settings. Your entitlement is tied to your store account.
Cancelling
Cancel from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings — not by emailing us, because the subscription lives with the store. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, then drop to the free tier. Your data stays.
Refunds
Refunds for app-store purchases are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies. If something went wrong that looks like our fault rather than theirs, email us and we'll help you sort it out.
